Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@aloka.clinic and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
For unopened products, return requests may be considered within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and returned in their original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please contact us prior to returning any items.
